Terms of Service

1. The service
RemixMeme turns user-supplied photos into short AI-generated meme videos using prebuilt creative templates. RemixMeme is an independent product and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Reels, or any referenced creator.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Introductory prices apply only to the first billing period stated on the pricing page. Renewals continue at the listed renewal price until you cancel in Settings → Billing.
4. Credits
A Ready for TikTok/Reels export uses 500 credits; a draft uses 375. One-time pack credits never expire. Subscription credits follow the billing-period rules shown in the product.
5. Your photos and content
You must have permission from every person visible in a photo. You keep the rights you hold in your source material and are responsible for the output you publish. Label AI-generated media where required.
6. Prohibited use
Do not create non-consensual deepfakes, sexual content involving minors, harassment, fraud, or content that infringes intellectual property. Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
7. Availability and refunds
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If a render fails, its reserved credits are returned. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal; contact support for billing or refund requests.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published when you subscribe applies to that subscription period.
